The entry to the award ceremony is also free of charge.
Applications will be reviewed after the closing date. You will be informed by 24 June if you are listed as a finalist.
If you do not hear from us, please presume your application was unsuccessful.
If your organisation is shortlisted as a finalist, please send a representative to attend the webinar. The representative will give a short 'thank you' speech and share briefly on their strategy once they are announced as the winner.
The award ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday, 30 June 2022. More information will be available soon.
The judges are all leading industry experts and have been chosen based on their experience in the HR industry.
Please refer to the specific category listed to understand the key areas that the judges will be evaluating your organisation.
Each application will go through screening by our panel of judges made up of HR experts and leaders across multiple industries.
Each question holds a maximum value of points. The judges will decide how many points to award for each answer. Your submission form should contain data and metrics to demonstrate the success of your organisation's transformation. Video submission of 2 - 3 minutes is highly encouraged.
The judgesâ decisions are final.
Awarded companies will be featured in collaterals including publicity and marketing for the Awards. By entering the awards, you agree to such use without restriction or condition.
Applicants who are not award winners may be featured in EngageRocket marketing collaterals, using information from the entries with prior approval from the organisation.
