What are the Workplace Transformation Awards about?

COVID-19 has completely changed the way we work. Companies were forced to adapt to the new norms of working from home and transitioning from a “partially digital” organisation to a digital-ready one overnight.

In those circumstances, fostering a sense of belonging and maintaining social cohesion amongst employees proved to be one of the greatest challenges faced.

Organisations have shown incredible resilience and agility in responding to this unprecedented crisis.  We want to recognise organisations and HR teams that leverage technology to meet higher standards of excellence as an employer.

Employee listening champion

Since the beginning of the pandemic, EngageRocket, in collaboration with IHRP and SHRI has launched complimentary programmes for companies to tap onto people analytics so that they may have a data-driven roadmap to improve employee well-being and experience. 


We strongly believe organisations took a step forward in their digital journey by leveraging HR technology and advanced analytics to build better workplaces. Organisations that are applying for one of the categories above, will be automatically qualified for the Employee Listening Champion title.

In addition to EngageRoceket badges, the winners will also be eligible for IHRP Skills Badges.  IHRP Skills Badges are digital badges that affirm an individual’s application of skills in a specific ‘emerging area’ in the form of a real-life business project. These badges can be displayed on an individual’s online profile such as LinkedIn, which allow potential employers to instantly and securely authenticate the individual’s skill sets and competencies. How does it work?

 

  • Apply to one or several categories. The application is free of charge.
  • You can preview and download a PDF version of the questions here.
  • Application closes on 13th June 2021
  • Our panel of judges will review all the applications 
  • The virtual award ceremony will be on 24th June 2021. More details will be shared closer to the date.
  • The awarded organisations will receive a media kit as well as official certificates.  

Terms & Conditions

All categories are open to HR teams in organisations based in APAC.

The first step to winning an Award is to nominate your organisation. To nominate your company, submit a nomination form online, which takes less than 15 minutes. You are free to nominate your organisation for any number of award categories that you think are relevant. A jury will review your nomination to ensure that your company is suitable for the chosen categories. The deadline to nominate is June 13. 

The application is free of charge. 

Please refer to the specific category listed to understand the key areas that the judges will be evaluating your organisation.

Each application will go through screening by our panel of judges made up of HR experts and leaders across multiple industries. 

Each question holds a maximum value of points. The judges will decide how many points to award for each answer. Your submission form should contain metrics to demonstrate the success of your organisation's transformation.

The judges’ decisions are final.

All awarded companies may be featured in collaterals including publicity and marketing for the Awards. By entering the awards, you agree to such use without restriction or condition. 

Applicants may be featured in EngageRocket marketing collaterals, using information from the entries with prior approval from the organisation.
